When I came to work at Bank of Texas fifteen years ago, Braxton Building Maintenance had already been a customer of the bank for three years (since their inception). I have serviced Braxton’s banking relationship since my arrival and am proud to have the company as a customer. Like all of my good customers, I know that other bankers regularly offer their services, but Braxton has remained loyal over the years and I try to repay that loyalty with high quality, personal service. Like my other top customers, Braxton has grown and prospered, and their deposits have followed right along. I’d like to say that I work really hard on their relationship, but I haven’t needed to. The business is well managed and their banking needs few. When they do call, their requests are clear and realistic and I place a high priority on meeting their needs. The highest compliment I can pay Braxton is that I wish I had another one hundred customers just like them.
