STRATEGIC ORGANIZATION


 

 

Unlike many companies in our industry, Braxton Building Maintenance does not broker, sell, franchise, or subcontract its customer accounts to outside parties.  Instead, our company employs custodians to perform our contractual obligations to our customers. Below is the chain of command with which Braxton Building Maintenance operates.

A customer's facility is assigned by the Operations Manager to a Project Manager.  The Project Manager hires, trains, and supervises the assigned Staff.  The Project Manager continually inspects the workmanship provided by the staff to ensure that each customer receives quality service.  The Project Manager also follows through on customers' requests and areas of concern.
